Who can I speak to about incorrect charges to my bill who won't treat me horribly?
I have called Sprint customer service over half a dozen times regarding a payment that mysteriously appeared when I added a new a phone to my account? Coincidentally, it was during a billing software change, which the representative duds notice but said it would resolve once the change was made. I'
