Tired of not being valued
I have finally had it. I have been a client since 2006 and moving on. I guess my 4 line account averaging $300 is not valued enough. Tired of not being valued
I have finally had it. I have been a client since 2006 and moving on. I guess my 4 line account averaging $300 is not valued enough. After being transfer to customer retention the agent was unwilling to look for any solutions different than the first agent I spoke to. Then I was offered that I always have the right to go to another provider. I was shocked that a representative would suggest that especially considering that I did not mention that myself. I asked to be transferred to someone else and was told no. At no point did I ever treat the person with anything but respect. Very sad that I need to find a new carrier.
